Shipping Policy

Items are placed on a pre-order basis and will ship 2 weeks after receipt.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes based on your shipping location.

Return & Exchange Policy

Tribe of Elzar will exchange or issue credit notes for full priced items returned in original condition within 10 business days of receipt

Fashion Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached

Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns on sale items.
